Consequences

The relationships between the French, the Iroquois, and the English deteriorated after King George's War.

The English and Iroquois began to trade, and the French became fearful of the British Merchants.

The French became fearful of the British trying to expand into their territory and began to build fortresses.

The British also began to increase their military forces and fortresses for defense purposes.

The tensions began to rise between the French and the Indians over the next five years, and the next French and Indian War began in 1756.
